GOURMET ALBA WALKING TOUR

(Full Day | 9,30 am – 6 pm)

Enjoy a private guided tour of Alba center combined with authentic local food tastings through one of Alba’s most enchanting areas. We will start with a visit to the elegant streets of Alba, where you will take a coffee in the most ancient bar of the city. We will then visit the first truffle shop in the city for a full immersion in the Alba White truffle world with small tastings. The tour continues with a visit to a premium winery, where you will taste different wines, where the on-site wine expert will explain the differences in colors, perfumes, and areas where wines are produced. No food visit to Piedmont would be complete without an authentic “piatto di pasta” and a local “antipasto” accompanied by a glass of wine, an Italian pastry, and coffee, which is made with a blend of carefully selected coffee beans, roasted in the Italian old-style. Your food experience will end with tasting a yummy gelato in one of the best homemade ice cream shops in the city. If the tour takes place on Saturday, we will spend part of the morning visiting the huge street market and tasting more local street food.

GOURMET TURIN WALKING TOUR

(Full Day | 9,30 am – 6 pm)

For this fun gourmet tour, we will pick you up at your accommodations by 9. In our walking day in Turin, we will discover the secrets of the Savoy Family’s home city. Therefore we’ll start with a very special coffee called “bicerin” in the most ancient café of the city, we will visit “Porta Palazzo Market” the largest open-air market in Europe. We’ll walk along Turin’s grid streets admiring its architecture, which dates back to 16th to 18th centuries when it was the home of the House of Savoy. In the Turin Cathedral, we’ll learn about the Holy Shroud. Strolling through the Piazza Castello and Palazzo Reale, before walking along Via Po, a street lined with beautiful palaces and baroque-style cafés. Finally we will admire Turin’s most famous landmark, the Mole Antonelliana, with the option to visit the National Museum of Cinema just inside. During the day, we’ll enjoy a leisurely lunch with free choice from the menu and the best gelato of your life and much more street food. By 6 pm we will take you back to your accommodations.
